1️⃣ You Call — We Deploy Quickly
As soon as you lose visual or blood trail, contact us. Thermal recovery is most effective within the first few hours after the shot.

2️⃣ We Search the Area
Our drones scan fields, trails, and wooded edges using high-resolution thermal and zoom cameras to detect heat signatures. You or the property owner must be present during the search.

3️⃣ We Locate & Guide You In
If a deer is found, we mark its exact GPS coordinates and guide you to the recovery site. If the deer is still alive, no further pursuit will be made that day, following ethical and legal guidelines.

$270 - Standard Search (approximately 2.5 Hours)

 While we can’t guarantee that every search will result in locating your missing animal, we do everything possible to maximize the chances of success. Each mission is handled with care, precision, and persistence — and our team will stay in communication throughout the process.

If your animal isn’t located during the initial search but a credible sighting is reported afterward, we’ll return for a follow-up search at no additional charge, based on our availability.

 Thermal drones detect heat signatures — differences in temperature between animals and their surroundings.

Warm-blooded animals like dogs, cats, or livestock show up as bright spots against cooler backgrounds, making them visible from the air.

Best Conditions for Detection:

• Early morning, evening, or nighttime (cooler ground temps = higher contrast)
   
• Open fields, trails, lawns, or light vegetation
   
• Calm weather and dry ground
   

Limitations:

• Dense tree canopy, tall crops, or thick brush can block line-of-sight
   
• Hot surfaces (sun-baked roads, roofs, or rocks) can mask thermal differences
   
• High humidity or strong wind can slightly reduce clarity
   

Even with these variables, our experience and equipment calibration maximize results in nearly any environment.

 We understand that when a pet goes missing, every moment matters. We do everything we can to respond quickly, professionally, and with compassion. To make sure we can dedicate time and resources to each case fairly, please review our payment terms below: 

• Call-Out Fee ($270) – Covers travel (up to 45 minutes each way) and up to 2.5 hours of aerial search time using advanced thermal imaging technology.
   
  • Payment is due once the search is confirmed and before dispatch.
     
  • If cash is preferred, payment can be made upon arrival.
     
• Cancellation Policy:
   
  • Before Dispatch: No charge — we understand situations can change quickly.
     
  • After Dispatch but Before Arrival: A $100 travel and readiness fee applies to cover time, preparation, and fuel already committed.
     
  • After Arrival or Once Flight Prep Begins: The full $270 call-out fee applies.
     
• Weather or Equipment Delays: If we must cancel due to unsafe flying conditions, any payment will be refunded or credited toward a future search.
   
• Payment Methods: Cash, Venmo or PayPal accepted.
