At LandSight Drones, we provide thermal data and basic thermal imaging interpretations to help support decision-making for your projects. Please note that while our team has completed the InterNACHI Infrared Thermography Inspection Certification and is trained in the operation and interpretation of thermal imagery, we do not hold a formal thermography license. For detailed, diagnostic interpretation and analysis, we recommend consulting with a certified thermographer.

General Liability
While we strive for accuracy and quality, LandSight Drones is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our thermal data or aerial imagery. Our services are intended to support decision-making but should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any critical actions.

Accuracy of Data
The thermal data provided by LandSight Drones is based on infrared imagery and standard interpretations. While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all data, and it should not be used as the sole basis for critical decisions.

Limitations of Service
Our services are limited to the provision of aerial thermal data and basic analysis. LandSight Drones does not offer full building inspections, HVAC diagnostics, or structural analysis. For full evaluations, please consult a licensed professional in the relevant field.

No Warranty

LandSight Drones makes no warranties or representations regarding the effectiveness, results, or outcome of the thermal data or imagery provided. All data is offered as-is, with no further guarantees.

Privacy and Data Handling
We take client privacy seriously and are committed to handling all collected data in accordance with our privacy policy. Thermal images and related data are stored securely and will only be shared with client consent or as required by law.

Use of Aerial Imagery and Data
Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the thermal imagery and data provided by LandSight Drones for their personal or business use. The data may not be shared or distributed without prior written consent from LandSight Drones.

Force Majeure
LandSight Drones shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in providing services due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to, acts of nature, weather conditions, government actions, pandemics, natural disasters, or any other event beyond our control. In such cases, we will make every effort to reschedule or adjust the service delivery as soon as conditions permit, but we are not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to such events.
