Our services are intended for informational and observational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional engineering, surveying, or legal services.

LandSight Drones makes no guarantees related to animal recovery outcomes, agricultural performance, structural condition, or any specific result based solely on drone imagery or thermal data.

Clients are responsible for securing any required permissions for drone operations over private or restricted properties. By using our services, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with aerial data collection and agree to hold LandSight Drones harmless from any liability arising from such operations.

While LandSight Drones is equipped to collect high-resolution aerial imagery and data, we do not produce or interpret survey-grade information. For projects that require precise measurements, boundary delineation, or property certifications, a licensed land surveyor must be engaged. LandSight Drones can support your surveyor by supplying complementary aerial data, but our services do not replace the role or authority of a licensed surveyor in any jurisdiction.

As such, we do not provide overlays of property boundary lines on real estate listings or marketing materials, nor do we certify dimensions or locations of any features tied to legal property lines. This limitation aligns with industry standards and regulatory compliance.
